Good communication. AC recharge done on time and at a fair price.

I took my 2016 Dodge ram 1500 to this place to fix 2 problems. A ticking in the engine and an a/c leak to be fixed. They charged me $548 and fixed nothing. Said they couldn’t find the source of the engine tick, said they pressure tested the a/c system and couldn’t find a leak but only checked about 80% of the system. Recharged it and said it must be a very slow leak. A/c didn’t last a month and the charge is gone. Either lazy or incompetent. I would never take my vehicle here again

Booked an appointment and arrived as scheduled only to discover I had gone to the wrong location at a second Heritage Auto site. Since they could get truck in right away I gave details of my ac woes and they checked it out replaced and charged system, also discovered a faulty diode which caused the original failure. 24 hours after getting estimate truck was back on the road with functional ac. Thanks to the staff at Heritage Auto.

The undercarriage cover on my car came loose and got bent on a speed bump and was scraping very loudly. Had an emergency stop today at Heritage AutoPro and they were very quick to have it removed for me at no charge. I didn't catch the guy's name on the front desk, but Thank You! A small gesture goes a long way!

Took a used vehicle in for an inspection before buying it. They got it in to the shop within a day. Their report was so thorough and they included a lot of photos. Then, they called me when it was finished to let me know what things needed to be addressed and whether or not they needed to be urgently done. Great customer experience.

True to there word honest and friendly staff. Won't take our vehicles any place . Before finding this gem we would take our vehicles into other shops and have the problem resurface weeks later. But having found heritage. When taken in the problem is solved properly the first time. Meaning both a savings of time and money. Great place going here you won't be sorry.

They're very efficient, I came in with a Nissan that had suddenly developed a loud squeaking sound. The guy I met at the reception called one of their experts to test drive the car. He figured out that it was a stone in my break pad responsible for the noise and removed it. They truly offer Precision Auto Care, and they've won a new customer. Thanks to the team!

Great service, no complaints. Recently brought my car in for out-of-province inspection. Went smoothly with very minimal downtime.

Had an issue with my Dodge Ram 1500, it needed a new Serpentine Belt and Pullies. Booking it in was so very easy, just a phone call and done. Jay called me and explained everything that needed to be done with the belt system and gave me a price quote before work was even done. At that time I mentioned that I had a burnt out Headlight bulb, which they fixed as well. Jay called me back to let me know when the truck was done. There are some other issues that need to be looked at, but Jay never pushed me to get those fixed right away like other places do. I will be going back when I can afford to fix them. Thank you Jay and team!
