I really trust these folks. I've been bringing our vehicles here for a while. I like that they send me pictures and details of their diagnosis, and that they're open to alternative repair options. At other places I often wonder if they're upselling me or inflating costs, but not here.

Great Service!!! This morning when going to a medical appointment our vehicle sounded like a souped up hot rod. After the appointment we drove to Heritage AutoPro & Tire Service. The two employees were extremely helpful. One went under the car, took pictures and showed us the exhaust pipe needed to be replaced. He explained the options available to us. Because we are quite reliant on our vehicle for medical apointments, etc. They were able to provide same day turn round to repair our vehicle, One drove us home and picked us up as well. Fortunately we live a couple blocks away. (Side note what these two young men didn't know is my husband has had mobility issues and unable to walk far .) So above and beyond lads!!! THANK YOU for making our day, Excellent job, great service and a job well done.

I was very happy with the service at NAPA Heritage Auto Pro this week and they were able to resolve the key issues I was having with my VW Touareg. Jay was excellent in his detailed explanations, suggested options, and patient answering of all my questions. Clearly a very knowledgeable mechanic. And clearly demonstrated that customer satisfaction is a key priority there. My thanks to Jay and all the shop staff at NAPA. I will definitely be using them again in the future for sure. Highly recommend them!

The driver of one of your cars blowing by me like I'm standing still on Northbound Macleod Trail at 6:30 AM Wednesday September 9th. The speed limit is 50 KMS/hour in a construction zone with workers present. Do better.

Wonderful experience! I got my airbags replaced by them a year ago as they'd been set off in a collision by the previous owner and I couldn't have asked for better service. They examined my whole car during the consultation and pointed out other potential problem areas without trying to push other products or repairs on me, and worked with me to get the best deal on parts! They also patiently waited for me to get back to them after I accidentally left my car in their lot for nearly a week and a half sans communication which was very kind of them (so sorry about that!). 10/10 experience, will be back here for any future major repairs.

I have a JDM Honda Odyssey Absolute. The team has experience with Japanese import vehicles and bringing in parts through their contacts. The team seams to love their work and are happy to talk about what needs to be done and why (even when I ask alot of questions). I sometimes do my own work when simple enough. The detailed priority list of maintenance and service has helped when deciding what I can handle on my own or bring to them. I am extremely happy with the work they have provided and will continue to use Napa Heritage as my main mechanic.

This is now "my place" when someone asks for a recommendation. It's not always good news at the mechanics but they text you the quote and you literally just click what you want done. No pressure. I got that text the first time I went there for an oil change and check-up and have been there ever since. I also like that its been the same people working there. For years. The people at the desk are nice, knowledgeable and friendly and the mechanics seem chill too. All around 👍

Great service at a great price. 1 of 2 front, passenger side sway bar bolts was broken on my 2014 Honda pilot and they gave me options on how to go about doing the repair, the vehicle also needed an alignment, it was done in a timley manner and came under the quoted price.

Staff is highly knowledgeable professionals. I had a weird noise coming out of my exhaust, i showed it to many mechanics none could figure out. They found out it was actually missing a small piece of rubber that was holding the unit. Extremely happy with the noise be gone and didn't cost me much. Wont go anywhere else

Good communication. AC recharge done on time and at a fair price.

I took my 2016 Dodge ram 1500 to this place to fix 2 problems. A ticking in the engine and an a/c leak to be fixed. They charged me $548 and fixed nothing. Said they couldn’t find the source of the engine tick, said they pressure tested the a/c system and couldn’t find a leak but only checked about 80% of the system. Recharged it and said it must be a very slow leak. A/c didn’t last a month and the charge is gone. Either lazy or incompetent. I would never take my vehicle here again

Booked an appointment and arrived as scheduled only to discover I had gone to the wrong location at a second Heritage Auto site. Since they could get truck in right away I gave details of my ac woes and they checked it out replaced and charged system, also discovered a faulty diode which caused the original failure. 24 hours after getting estimate truck was back on the road with functional ac. Thanks to the staff at Heritage Auto.
