J.D. Power’s Canada Customer Service Index—Long-Term (CSI-LT) Study measures service satisfaction among owners of vehicles 4–12 years old, based on key factors like service initiation, service quality, service advisor experience, service facility, and vehicle pick-up.
In the 2020 CSI-LT Study, NAPA AUTOPRO scored 827/1,000, which was 16 points higher than the 2019 NAPA AUTOPRO score (811).
